Rhycon is an autonomous AI appointment-setting platform. We help businesses discover leads, send personalized outreach, and book meetings automatically. Our Service may include lead discovery and enrichment, automated email outreach, calendar integration and scheduling, AI-powered reply handling, and campaign management tools. Rhycon may also send operational SMS alerts to authorized administrators who have opted in to the messaging program.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rhycon in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL). You will not use our Service to send unsolicited emails to individuals who have opted out, transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content, violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law
